After months of preparation, weeks of packing, traveling, and visiting with family, and many days of setting up house, we are finally settled (well, mostly) in our new home in Pennsylvania (at least for the next 10 months).
Some bloggers are extremely faithful about keeping up with their blog schedules. ?Sadly, I am not one. I had to prune the "extras" from my to-do list while we were making the transition from life in Alaska back to life in the lower 48.
Now that I have a few moments of free time (read: 5:00am on a Sunday morning) I have decided to start writing again. ?I have set a few goals for myself on a website called bucketlist.net and my writing goals are among them.
All of that to say: I will be changing the title of my blog to more accurately reflect its author.
I am still a mother. ?I am still proud of my role as a mother. ?And I will always be a mother. ?But, like all people, there are many sides to me. ?I like to be creative and crafty (not that I am great at it). ?I LOVE to cook and bake and try new things in the kitchen...and THAT I am good at. ?I also love to work out and run (but I don't do it as much as I should). ?Finally, but not least important by any means, I love my life as an Army wife.
I intend for my blog to reflect all of these things and many others as they pop up in my mind.
So, here we go again...another change...which means I will be changing my logo as well...and I KNOW you will be waiting with bated breath, right?..... right?
