Posted date: 30-Jul Job Description:Job Profiles:- Manage the business relationship between DPLI and Identified Business Partner(s) Productivity of the Channel Partner as per the set business norms. Managing Partner Sales Training and Business Processes Support day to day operation of the sales Managing sales and sale related activity in the channel within the state . Manage sourcing, processing and issuance, post issuance customer issues (if any) Manage financials of relationship, including support meeting of financial targets, sales promotion activities, support timely and correct commission reconciliation Facilitate and anchor ongoing training and skills development for channels and employees including new hires at channels. Ensure adherence to all company policies and processes at channel partner end. Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council. Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems. Ensure Compliance to all statutory & regulatory norms.
Desired Candidate ProfileShould be comfortable working in rural market Should be comfortable in front line sales profile
Experience Required: 2 to 6
Education Required: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) AND (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)
