The Hawaii women's soccer team was unable to muster the offense to stick with Washington State today in Pullman, Wash., falling 2-0.
UH's school-record tying seven-game unbeaten streak came to an end, as the Rainbow Wahine dropped to 5-2-2. It was the first time they were shut out since the season opener at Nevada.
The Wahine held WSU (5-1) scoreless until the 61st minute. The Cougars tacked on another score in the 79th and outshot UH 15-4 for the match.
UH continues play at Eastern Washington on Sunday.
