Please keep in mind that the year is NOT OVER and that with hectic schedules workouts get harder and harder to fit in. If you need ?homework? ask and remember that de-conditioning starts after 4 days so get something in!
Launch for STORM is 12/29/12 at 8:30 am and 10:00 am. We will go over the new program, schedule and FAQs. We are looking at having someone come in and do a nutrition piece and will keep you updated on that.
